Frequently asked questions
How do you count serialized units?
A serialized unit is any device that receives a unique serial number in ChronoPulse during the tracking year. Units that move through multiple production steps are counted once.
Can I change tiers mid-contract?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What counts as a factory site?
A factory site is a distinct physical location where production or testing occurs. Multiple lines within the same building count as one site.
Do you offer a pilot period?
We offer a 6-week pilot on the Growth plan so you can validate the system with real production data before committing.
What integrations are supported?
ChronoPulse connects with major ERP/MRP systems, PLM tools, test station protocols, firmware CI pipelines, and RMA/customer support platforms. Custom adapters are available.
